Come join us for our monthly breakfast meeting on February 7th. This meeting will feature a lender’s panel, consisting of 4 lenders who represent the 4 major types of commercial real estate lending. They include:

Arnie Garfinkel
All Star Group/Income Property Lending

Arnie formed Income Property Lending (IPL) in September, 1995 as a division of the All Star Group, Inc. He serves as President of IPL and is a corporate officer of All Star Group.  Prior to employment with IPL, Arnie was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending for Pacific Thrift and Loan, and he was a principle of United Commercial Credit Industries (UCCI).  Previously he held the position of Vice President/Sales Manager and assisted in the training and development of the marketing staff while employed with Foothill Thrift & Loan / Foothill Capital Corporation for 9 years.  Mr. Garfinkel has been a featured speaker for various organizations, including - California Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, California Mortgage Bankers Association, Building Industry Association, American Industrial Realtors Association, R.I.A.O.C., and Crittenden to name a few.  He is past president of the Tarzana Chapter of Toastmasters International and served as a Board of Director and Vice President of the Southern California Chapter of the Florida State University Alumni Association.


Randy Jones

Spectrum Commercial Lending

 

Randy Jones is a Senior Vice President with Spectrum Commercial Lending. Spectrum is an Irvine-based lender, specializing in owner-user loans, with an emphasis on the SBA 504 product. Randy came on board to head Spectrum’s business development efforts north of Orange County.   He has been active in the Long Beach market since 1997, when he joined the Business Development team at Bank of America.  He graduated with an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.  Randy is the current President of the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council, and is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild.



James Arom

Wells Fargo Bank

 

James Arom, V.P. SR Commercial Loan officer with Wells Fargo Bank. James has consistently been one of the top Commercial Loan Consultants for Wells Fargo Nationwide and has been with the bank for 3 ½ years. He has a bachelors of Science degree in Engineering with a minor in Finance. He specializes in investor real estate, owner occupied real estate as well as SBA financing, he is glad to help you with all of your loan scenarios.



Chuck Hershson, President

Fidelity Mortgage Lenders

 

Chuck, a graduate of USC has been active in the Real Estate Business for over 47 years.  He founded Fidelity in 1971 as an alternative to traditional lending.  Chuck is the past president of the California Mortgage Association, and is past President of the Mortgage Assoc. of CA.





Frank Lojero

Union Bank


Frank prescreens, underwrites and manages commercial real estate loan requests on multifamily, mobile home parks and commercial properties that meet established lending requirements. He actively markets and solicits loans primarily through broker channels and from other prospective borrowers which include, but are not limited to, real estate investors, financial advisors insurance agents, property managers, etc.


- Frank has been with Union Bank for almost 12 years


- Prior to Union Bank Frank was a Bankruptcy Paralegal (Debtor Rep., and Ch. 7 Trustee Rep.)


- Frank started with Union Bank in 2002 as a Bankruptcy Specialist and became the Special Assets Department Manager for the Bank’s Commercial Mortgage Operations Division


- 2009 Frank was nominated and became Vice President
Then Frank became Vice President Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer
